One of the reasons the Flexor Sports Training system is effective is because it’s so simple. There are no weights, complicated maneuvers or stretches requiring a contortionist’s flexibility.

Yet, after just one session, your students will feel stronger and more flexible and they will notice differences in their swings, which will feel more powerful and in balance.
