Unless you're a teaching pro, your knowledge of golf swing mechanics is likely limited. This is completely understandable, because the swing is complicated and difficult to learn, much less analyze, with parts moving at more than 100 miles per hour. This is the reason there are so many books and magazines about how to play golf. Even if you don't know a reverse pivot from a reverse C, the Flexor Sports Training System will help your students improve their golf. This program starts by explaining golf-specific biomechanics:  which muscles move when during different stages of motion.

Please note that golf-specific does not mean general exercises adapted for golf. The Flexor Sports Training System is designed to address the specific needs of golfers, especially those with physical limitations preventing them from reaching the precise positions needed for a good swing. Next, the program recommends a training regimen for the pre-season, in-season, post-season and off-season.
